Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a field service professional to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and related instrumentation. The role requires on-site diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and depot repairs, with extensive travel.

You will provide technical support and on-the-job training to customers, work out of a Teledyne office, and uphold our ethical standards.

Qualifications

Associate degree in engineering, technology, or related field.
5-10 years of relevant field experience (or equivalent).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication skills and customer‑service mindset.
Ability to work independently and uphold high ethical standards.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel overnight up to 80% of the workweek.
Ability to climb ladders/stairs and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and related instrumentation.
Perform on-site diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and depot repairs.
Provide technical support and on-the-job training to customers.
Travel extensively (approx. 80%), primarily Monday–Friday.
Work outdoors on elevated platforms (20–150 ft).
Work independently while upholding Teledyne’s ethical and professional standards.
