Job summary

EOS, a world market leader for industrial 3D printing, seeks a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair printers at customer sites across the Nordic & Baltic region. You will train customers, provide remote support, and assist with case escalation.

Travel within the Nordic region and to Germany for training is expected. A full-time, 40-hour week with opportunities for education and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Professional experience as a Field Service Technician or in a comparable technical service role.
• Strong knowledge of complex industrial machinery with electrical and mechanical components.
• Good IT skills with SAP and MS Office.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across regions.
• Fluent English; Swedish or another Scandinavian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial 3D printers at customer sites.
• Deliver system introductions and basic training sessions to customers.
• Provide remote advice and technical support to customers and colleagues.
• Support customers in service cases and manage requests through escalation.
• Participate in intensive in-house training at German sites as part of development.
