Azenta Life Sciences, a global leader in life sciences, seeks a Field Service Engineer III to install, repair, and maintain automation systems at customer sites in the San Diego Bay Area and broader Western US. You will diagnose, repair, and prevent downtime while delivering high-quality service and reports.

The role requires an AS degree or technical certificate, 5+ years of field service experience, and strong electrical/mechanical skills, with travel and passport eligibility.

Formación

• AS degree or technical certificate required.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience or military training.
• Strong electrical & mechanical background.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and obtain a passport for the term of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Install, modify, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on software and hardware per SOPs.
• Interface with customers to ensure SLA and satisfaction as per service agreement.
• Maintain safe working environment and comply with policies.
• Achieve Equipment Service and Operation Certification as defined.
• Submit Service and Status Reports for all activities as defined.
