Job summary

Meso Scale Diagnostics, LLC. seeks a Field Services Engineer II, Automation Solutions to install, commission, and service our automated assay systems for a global client base.

You will troubleshoot on-site and remotely, lead the development of training materials, and work closely with engineering to improve field processes. This role involves extensive travel and hands-on system support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent military/work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in field service engineering, systems integration, or related technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with automated laboratory systems, liquid handling equipment, or robotics.
• Experience developing field service procedures and training materials.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, GLP, and GDP.

Responsibilities

• Lead installations and commissioning of MSD's automated assay systems at customer sites worldwide.
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting, service, and preventive maintenance for MSD's automated systems.
• Drive minimal downtime and quick resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver training materials and customer-facing documentation.
