Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to customers and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Carry out equipment inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Accurately document all service activities, reports, and customer communications.
• Collaborate with Service Manager and team to identify process improvements.
• Train customers on safe and effective use of equipment and basic troubleshooting.
