This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to document service activities clearly, and willingness to travel frequently to customer sites. A valid driver's license and 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant industry experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via on-site visits and timely resolution of issues.
• Perform equipment installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Carry out equipment inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
• Document service activities, reports, repair records and communications.
• Collaborate with Service Manager and team to implement improvements.
• Train customers on safe use of equipment and basic troubleshooting.
