Job summary

Solutech is seeking a Full Time Technical Engineer in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex to service critical medical devices. You will diagnose, repair, and install equipment at customer sites and in-house labs.

The role requires strong electro-mechanical engineering skills, travel readiness, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will collaborate with Field Service teams and report activities using Salesforce and internal systems.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in electronic and electro-mechanical engineering.
• Experience with verification, checkout, and calibration equipment.
• Fluency in English and strong written/spoken communication.
• Ability to identify and repair routine software and network problems.
• Commitment to safety and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site or in-house service, repair and installation of devices.
• Provide technical support and diagnose failures across hardware, software, and networks.
• Serve as primary customer contact for technical issues.
• Input service records into company systems and maintain documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and safety practices.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
