Job summary

EVG is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair complex electronic equipment. You will operate as a product expert across EVG product lines and support on-site installation plans, training customer personnel, and ensuring project success.

The role includes onsite maintenance, service contract activities, and mentoring junior engineers. Domestic and international travel up to 75% with a valid passport is required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in an engineering field with 4–10 years installing/repairing semiconductor/electronic production equipment.
• Advanced electromechanical troubleshooting skills required.
• Must have strong communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform onsite preventative maintenance and start-up activities.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 75% with valid passport.
• Train other Field Service Engineers on product lines and software.
• Complete installations/retrofits and obtain final customer acceptance.
