Qualifikationen

• This position requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field with 2–4 years of experience installing or repairing semiconductor/electronic production equipment.
• Advanced electromechanical troubleshooting skills are required.
• Knowledge of quality improvement processes and terminology is required.
• Ability to identify and solve advanced process-related system problems.
• Strong communication with customers, management, and coworkers is essential.
• Advanced PC skills (Windows, MS Office) are needed.

Aufgaben

• Install, service, troubleshoot and repair complex equipment at customer sites.
• Provide onsite technical support for development and implementation of equipment and process applications.
• Train customer personnel and other engineers on product lines and procedures.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 20% as needed.
• Maintain equipment logs, complete paperwork on time, and ensure safety procedures are followed.
