Job summary

Ev-Group-6 is seeking a Field Service Engineer - Travel to install, service and repair sophisticated electronic and electromechanical equipment at customer sites. You will act as a product expert across EVG lines and mentor junior engineers.

Travel up to 75% domestically and internationally, with a valid passport. Must be able to work autonomously and communicate effectively with customers while supporting installation plans and sign-offs.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field with 4+ years of experience or 10 years of field service experience in semiconductor/electronic production equipment.
• Advanced electromechanical troubleshooting skills and strong problem solving.
• Proficient use of Windows and MS Office; operates with professional conduct with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous service with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Perform onsite preventative maintenance and verify equipment quality.
• Conduct start-up, warranty, paid service, and service contract activities.
