Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
• CompTIA, Cisco, Cabling, Satellite, PBX or VoIP certifications are a plus.
• Selected candidates will attend hardware and cabling training at the Global Technology Center in Strongsville, OH.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain networking hardware such as routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Install and maintain telephony equipment and circuits.
• Support retail technology systems including POS, digital signage, and video surveillance.
