Job summary

上海展浪信息技术有限公司 is looking for a Field Service Technician to provide installation and maintenance for voice and data networks, retail technology systems, and other network hardware. The role requires a strong understanding of networking and telephony systems and involves traveling within the assigned region to meet customer needs.

Full-time positions offer overtime, travel pay, health insurance, and more. Selected candidates will need to get certifications within the first 90 days, with training provided at our Global Technology Center in Strongsville, OH.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of telephony systems including VOIP and PBX.
• Physical ability to install various hardware.
• Must have a valid driver's license without a bad driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain networking hardware including routers and switches.
• Provide support for retail technology systems.
• Perform site surveys and audits.

Skills

Networking hardware knowledge

Familiarity with Cisco products

Telephony systems understanding

Break/fix PC & server support

Experience with cabling standards

Basic power tools operation

Microsoft Office proficiency

Education

Associates degree in Information Technology

CompTIA certification

Cisco certification
