Job summary

The chosen candidate will perform installation and maintenance services for networking and telephony systems across various locations, ensuring high-quality service. Candidates are required to have a clean driver’s license and the Covid-19 vaccination. Qualifications

• Must have a clear driver’s license with a clean record.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet customer SLAs.
• Ability to lift up to fifty pounds and climb a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of networking hardware including routers, switches, and WAPs.
• Provide hardware break/fix support for Cisco UCS servers and Nexus switching equipment.
• Submit all job-related documents accurately and timely.

Skills

Working knowledge of networking hardware and topologies

Familiarity with Cisco networking products

Understanding of telephony systems (VOIP, PBX)

Knowledge of computing systems hardware

Ability to operate basic power tools

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word)

Education

Associates degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience

CompTIA, Cisco, Cabling, and PBX system certifications

Tools

Cisco UCS servers

Networking hardware including routers and switches
