Job summary

Fuller Technologies seeks a Field Service Engineer II to deliver installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Fuller cement processing equipment across customer sites. Travel up to 75% will be required, with occasional exposure to construction environments.

You will work with customers and site teams to ensure safe, efficient operation and high-quality field service support. You will develop optimized solutions for kilns, coolers, burners and related systems, perform process

Qualifications

• Experience in process engineering, quality control, commissioning, and process optimization within the cement industry.
• Specialized expertise in cement equipment such as Raw Mills, Finish Mills, Preheaters, Flash Dryers, Cement Coolers, and Kilns.
• Hands-on experience in cement plant operations, equipment sizing, and application of engineering principles in cement production.
• Strong understanding of the cement manufacturing process and ability to integrate process systems with operational requirements to meet project deliverables.
• Experience in preparing process flow diagrams, mass flow calculations, PFDs, P&IDs review, process audits, and mass & energy balances.
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills with good computer and process systems aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, checkout, and commissioning advisory services for Fuller equipment.
• Develop optimized process solutions to customers on Fuller equipment kilns, coolers, burners and other cement processing equipment.
• Carry out process audits at existing cement plants and provide recommendations for improvements on fuel consumption, emissions reduction, and product quality.
• Sales support to generate process solutions and participate in customer meetings to carry out technical discussions.
• Perform electrical, mechanical and process troubleshooting and provide diagnostic assessments.
• Establish action plans and priorities to support successful project completion and develop realistic solutions.
• Provide timely, concise reports and train customers on features of the equipment.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales of service programs and spare parts orders.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment upgrades.
