Job summary

Fuller Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer II to provide installation, commissioning, maintenance, and training of cement equipment across US sites. The role involves frequent travel up to 75% and close collaboration with customers and site teams to ensure safe, efficient operation.

The candidate should have strong process engineering background, Emissions control experience, and hands-on cement plant operations knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical certification is required.
• Experience in process engineering, quality control, commissioning, and optimization in the cement industry.
• Able to travel up to 75% and work across multiple site locations.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, and reporting skills with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, checkout, and commission Fuller equipment at customer sites.
• Develop optimized process solutions for kilns, coolers, burners, and related equipment.
• Conduct process audits and provide recommendations to reduce fuel use and emissions.
• Support sales with technical discussions and order proposals.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and process issues; deliver training plans.
• Prepare written and oral reports; build long-term customer relationships.
