Nova Biomedical is hiring a Field Service Engineer I to meet daily service maintenance and repair needs at customer sites. You will build strong customer relationships and perform administrative duties as required.

The role includes onsite and remote training, IQOQ/OQ, PMs, and field modifications, with travel to customer sites. Strong technical and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced, independent role.

Qualifications

• Experience in the medical device industry preferred.
• Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
• Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, and Teams.

Responsabilités

• Perform onsite and remote training, installation, maintenance, and qualifications on equipment.
• Complete and manage IQOQ/OQ and clinical validations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and field modifications within required timeframes.
• Manage car stock inventory and supply chain related tasks.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Schedule installations, PMs, repairs, and field events.
• Provide phone support and triage technical issues occasionally.
• Maintain service records and generate timely service reports.
• Coordinate daily communications with customers and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure proper calibration of tools and test equipment.
• Identify opportunities for new service contracts or system sales.
• Operate within a team while independently managing territory.
