Job summary

Neko Health AB is seeking a Field Service Engineer to ensure the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of our clinical scanning technology across US sites. You will install, service, and upgrade instruments, keeping clinical teams productive, uptime high, and processes compliant.

This role works closely with Engineering and Clinical Operations, translating field data into product and process improvements while documenting activities and coordinating across multi-location

Qualifications

• Technical certification or associate degree in engineering, biomedical, or technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on field service engineering experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and independent work skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service scanning instruments across US sites with high reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to drive product/process improvements.
• Establish documentation, reporting, and compliance standards across installations and service activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and instrument performance.
• Scale field service capabilities as Neko expands its US footprint.
