Job summary

EMSAR is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer I to perform on-site maintenance, calibration, installation, and repair of laboratory, medical and kiosk equipment at customer sites across Seattle, WA. You will also support software/hardware upgrades and verifications while maintaining professional customer relations.

The role requires 2–4 years of technical experience (or equivalent) and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of technical experience preferred.
• Valid driver license with liability insurance required.
• Ability to drive personal, fleet or rental vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, performance verifications, calibrations, and software/hardware upgrades on EMSAR supported equipment.
• Establishes and maintains close communication with assigned customers to ensure maximum operational visibility.
• Provides intermediate level engineer support and service work.
• Maintains accurate service documentation in EMSAR CMMS system.
