Job summary

EMSAR Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to perform testing, calibration, verification, preventive maintenance, installation and repair on laboratory instruments, medical devices, kiosk equipment, and UPS/distribution gear at Fort Worth client sites.

This role reports to the on-site operations team and involves travel up to 25%. You will serve as the client-facing representative, ensuring quality workmanship, safety and timely service while coordinating with dispatch and the

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset to read and interpret technical instructions, safety manuals and service guides.
• Strong verbal and written communication for client interactions and reporting.
• Proven or developing field service capabilities with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site preventive maintenance, repairs, verifications, calibrations, and software/hardware upgrades on EMSAR supported equipment.
• Provide intermediate level of engineer support and service work.
• Adheres to EMSAR quality practices and product vendor specifications.
• Manages and completes assigned work orders in ServiceMax.
• May operate on-site at dedicated client facility.
• May provide on-the-job support to entry-level technicians.
• Supports and applies appropriate quality system processes.
