Qualifications

• A.S. in Electronic Technology or Engineering with Mechanical experience is required.
• Technical degree or demonstrable mechanical ability is required.
• 0-3 years experience is acceptable.
• Basic knowledge of analog, digital and mechanical systems is needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance for Rapiscan systems as requested by Field Service Managers.
• Follow Field Service contract requirements for response time and reporting.
• Communicate with customers to ensure work is performed per plan and objectives.
• Maintain Field Service Tool Set and proper documentation.
