Job summary

McCrometer, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer I to join our team in the United States. This role involves 80% field work in Southern Nebraska and surrounding areas with 20% remote work from home. You will provide hands-on support for installation, maintenance, and diagnostics of our flow instrumentation.

You will travel to customer sites, assist with design and troubleshooting, and may stay overnight for assignments. A valid driver's license and exemplary customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Mechanical skills and/or experience required; electronics or telemetry background appreciated.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers over the phone and in the field.
• Travel to customer sites for hands-on installation, maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of instrumentation.
• Support and troubleshoot design, construction, installation, and operation of instrumentation.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required, with accommodations arranged by the company.
