McCrometer, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer I to join our team in a full-time role.

The position offers a mix of 20% remote/work-from-home and 80% field-based work across Southern Nebraska, including McCook, Alma, Holdredge and Imperial, NE, with occasional travel out-of-state or out-of-country. You will provide technical support, installation and repair services for our instrumentation, on-site or remotely, while developing hands-on expertise through comprehensive training and a

Competenze

• Mechanical skills and/or experience is a must; electronics or telemetry background encouraged.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers over the phone and in the field.
• Travel to customer locations to install, diagnose, and repair instrumentation; on-site or remote support.
