AIXTRON Inc. is seeking experienced Field Service Engineers to install, commission, and service state-of-the-art MO(CVD) semiconductor equipment.

You will liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth installation, acceptance testing, and ongoing maintenance, while traveling domestically and internationally. The role requires a BS in engineering and 2–5 years of relevant semiconductor equipment experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to work across mechanical,

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of working experience on semiconductor equipment
• Proficiency with mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally >75% of the time
• Cleanroom exposure and safety practices in semiconductor environments

Aufgaben

• Direct and execute pre-installation, installation, and start-up of equipment with minimal direction
• Act as liaison with customers and internal teams to report status and changes
• Prepare equipment for process acceptance and verify performance per contract specs
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on installed equipment
• Provide documentation of problems and actions taken and submit reports on time
