Job summary

Esko, a Veralto company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Flexo solutions. You will provide on-site and remote technical support for customers in Belgium, Netherlands, France, UK, and the Nordic region, with occasional travel.

You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot CDI/XPS hardware, configure Flexo software, and train customers on day-to-day use of Esko hardware and front-end software. Strong background in imaging, printing workflows, and hands-on problem solving required.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements for field service engineer role.
• Experience with laser imaging and exposure devices.
• Familiar with flexographic printing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support in Europe.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot CDI/XPS hardware.
• Configure Flexo software solutions and train customers on day-to-day use of Esko hardware and front-end software.
• Submit detailed service reports and manage spare parts.
