Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of experience servicing complex X86 systems and parts.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments is a plus.
• Hands-on server hardware experience (Supermicro, EMC, Dell, HP).

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting to resolve complex problems.
• Drive customer satisfaction through service excellence and timely maintenance.
• Escalate issues quickly and professionally and provide 2nd line support.
• Train new service engineers and travel up to 25% to field locations.
