Qualifications

• Master's degree or work experience of 2 years
• Bachelor's degree or work experience of 3 years

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, analyzes, diagnoses and troubleshoots technical equipment problems via telephone or at customer site.
• Repairs of system level problems at customer sites.
• Represents the company to the customer and assumes accountability for customer happiness with service.
• Assures operational quality of system equipment and coordinates actions with customers to minimize downtime.
• Provides assistance to Installation Engineer in resolving problems.
• Prepares field service reports and provides documentation to other teams on recurring problems.
• Builds positive relationships with customers and increases satisfaction by resolving sophisticated requests.
• Contributes to knowledge capture and collaboration for improvement.
• Develops and handles RMA processes for customer returns and service efficiency.
• Executes technical critical issues with detailed statements and coordinates with system engineering at customer site.
• Travel estimated at 20% after classroom and on-the-job training.
