Power Technique North America LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and quote service work on diesel-driven compressors, generators, and tools at customer sites across the Northeast. You will travel extensively and represent the company with on-site customers.

The role requires 3+ years of diesel engine experience, forklift certification, and a valid driver's license. You will work in a performance-based environment with strong emphasis on safety and OEM standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on diesel engine experience.
• Ability to diagnose faults including starting, power loss, overheating.
• Experience with Tier 3/Tier 4 engines and related sensors/ECUs.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel-driven compressors, generators, and tools with focus on diesel engine issues.
• Read and interpret service manuals, wiring diagrams, and engine fault codes.
• Prepare and present professional service quotes and sell maintenance work.
• Travel extensively to customer locations (up to 80%).
