Job summary

ANA is seeking a Field Service Technician for a remote/on-the-road role covering the East Coast US territory. You will install and train customers on generators, air compressors, and related equipment, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineering for product improvements.

The position requires up to 80% travel across North America, primarily weekdays 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, reporting to the National Service and Training Manager. Strong mechanical and customer-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in field service, equipment maintenance, or related technical role.
• Trade school certification or technical training or a related bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and basic electrical systems; troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and training services for core customers.
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve in a timely manner.
• Safely operate service vehicles and travel up to 80%.
