The ideal candidate should have GM experience or similar mobile service roles, a valid driver's license, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in GM service or mobile/onsite roles preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Perform vehicle maintenance services.
• Use tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve problems.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs and solutions.
• Complete service documentation and reports accurately.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
