Qualifications

• High school diploma with technical training or equivalent military training or experience.
• 2 years in repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless, or related degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, installation, and technical updates on Roche products.
• Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using established procedures.
• Document all activity per Roche quality procedures and maintain records meticulously.
• Adapt procedures to meet complex requirements and ensure ongoing quality objectives.
