Job summary

• Able to be on-call after normal working hours.
• May require frequent overnight travel.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• High degree of mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and service Hologic products (mammography, digital mammography, bone densitometry, mini c-arms) including electrical, mechanical and software components.
• Establish and maintain high customer satisfaction with products, support and service.
• Complete remedial service actions, system checks, and hardware/software upgrades per policies.
• Assist other Field Engineers as needed.
• Maintain good customer service reputation by complying with regulatory requirements and DQSM.
• Complete and submit paperwork accurately and on time.
• Train customers on basic operation of Hologic products.
• Provide feedback to District Manager on performance issues and recommend improvements.
• Support at conventions, trade shows and customer trials.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support by maintaining relationships with sales and customers to meet expectations.
