Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems integration, testing, or engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience integrating subsystems onto larger platforms (RF-based preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in field environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% as required by activities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply FALCATA product hardware and software operations, including theory of operation, product usage, and troubleshooting methods.
• Serve as a Field Service Engineer supporting integration and testing of subsystems for field testing and demonstrations at customer sites.
• Provide hands-on technical support across mechanical, electrical, software, and firmware interfaces to ensure successful subsystem integration.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve integration issues in real time, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, execute, and refine integration test plans and documentation.
• Communicate customer needs and feedback to product engineering teams to support refinement and development.
• Ensure activities are completed on schedule and in accordance with program requirements.
