Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, software, or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of systems integration, testing, or engineering experience.
• Experience integrating RF-based subsystems onto larger platforms.
• Ability to obtain SECRET DoD clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply FALCATA product hardware and software operations.
• Support integration and testing of subsystems at field sites.
• Provide hands-on technical support across mechanical, electrical, software, and firmware interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with internal and external teams.
• Develop, execute, and refine integration test plans and procedures.
• Evaluate data to assess product performance.
• Prepare detailed reports with test observations and configurations.
• Communicate needs and feedback to product engineering teams.
• Ensure activities are completed on schedule per requirements.
• Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate to capture lessons learned and improve processes.
• Travel up to 40% as required.
