Job summary

FALCATA seeks a Field Service Engineer for the Product Solutions division to support integration, testing, validation, and field deployment of subsystems across customer and partner platforms. Roles include traveling to customer sites and lab locations up to 40%.

You will collaborate with engineering, product teams, and customers to resolve issues, capture feedback, and refine capabilities. A strong systems engineering background and DoD clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, software, or related field).
• 5+ years in systems integration, testing, or engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience integrating RF-based subsystems onto larger platforms.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply FALCATA product hardware and software operations.
• Support integration and testing of subsystems for field deployments and demonstrations.
• Provide hands-on technical support across mechanical, electrical, software, and firmware interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve real-time integration issues with internal and external partners.
• Develop and execute integration test plans and documentation.
• Communicate findings and feedback to product engineering teams.
