Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative in New York for on-site support of radar, C2, and defense systems. The role requires frequent short-notice travel and the ability to work in demanding operational environments, independently or as part of a team.

You will diagnose, repair, and train customers on Saab products, with responsibilities including installation support and collaboration with design/engineering teams. A DoD SECRET clearance is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; engineering degree preferred.
• 2+ years in related field, or 4+ years military service.
• US DoD SECRET clearance required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex systems using manuals and schematics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems independently or with the team.
• Report design, reliability, and maintenance issues to design and software teams.
