Job summary

HCT Staffing seeks a Field Service Engineer for CT/MRI/PET-CT systems to travel and service medical imaging equipment across the United States. You will perform repairs, planned maintenance, and installations while troubleshooting and documenting work closely with customers and MXR Imaging facilities.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with medical imaging devices, is willing to travel nationwide, and can be on-call including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Extensive background in servicing Medical Imaging equipment.
• Willing to be on call, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Preferred: An Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or military-trained in electronics, equivalent certified electrical training or equivalent experience on electronic equipment.
• Travel: Must be willing to travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand phone and on-site support as required.
• Plan, schedule, and execute all PM activities.
• Submit required paperwork to accounting/operations promptly.
• Promote positive customer relationships during visits and meetings.
• Return and document all unused materials to MXR Imaging facilities.
• Work with sales and operations on customer-specific site and technical issues.
• Install and de-install on-site systems professionally and safely.
• Assist in site planning and sales consultations.
• Maintain inventory integrity through proper handling, inspection, and warehousing.
• Support Quality Management System and company initiatives.
