Job summary

HCT Staffing seeks a CT/MRI/PET-CT Field Service Engineer to travel across the United States providing on-site and remote support for medical imaging equipment. The role requires troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and installations with a focus on patient safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience servicing CT/MRI/PET-CT systems, is willing to be on-call including weekends and holidays, and holds a valid U.S. driver's license.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and extensive background servicing medical imaging equipment.
• Willingness to be on call, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Travel within the United States is required.
• Preferred: associate degree or military electronics training; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-demand phone and on-site support as required.
• Plan, schedule, and execute planned maintenance activities.
• Submit required paperwork promptly to accounting/operations.
• Maintain inventory integrity and secure warehousing.
• Collaborate with sales and operations on site/technical issues.
• Install and de-install on-site medical imaging systems.
• Assist in site planning and sales consultations as needed.
• Maintain positive customer relations and ensure service quality.
