Qualifications

• 3+ years of field service engineering experience.
• Experience with electrical power, including low to medium voltage switchgear for critical facilities.
• Experience with testing automatic transfer switches.
• Reading schematics/blueprints for power control and automation.

Responsibilities

• Involved with automatic transfer switch startups, modifications, warranty work, and emergency calls.
• Supervise and ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, guidelines and laws.
• Communicate with clients in a highly customer-service oriented manner; expand project scope and negotiate extra charges.
• All work and decisions conducted in compliance with regulatory laws.
• Travel up to 80% to support field activities.
