Job summary

Responsibilities

On-site instruction of customer personnel; modify maintenance procedures; conduct quality tests and product evaluation.
Direct customer personnel during installation of control systems and routine modification/repair.
Provide engineering advisory support to customers and internal teams on equipment issues.
Create complete and timely reports detailing problems encountered and services performed.
