Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent
• Up to 80% travel with extended field assignments to customers
• Knowledge of engineering fundamentals and problem-solving methods
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site instruction of customer personnel, write/modify maintenance procedures and tests, and prepare reports
• Direct efforts of personnel installing control systems and subsystems
• Provide engineering advisory support to customers and internal teams
• Cultivate relationships with project teams and contractors
• Apply troubleshooting, problem-solving, and planning skills
