Job summary

MP Systems is seeking a Service Engineer in Enfield, CT to install, troubleshoot, and improve high-pressure coolant systems and related equipment. The role involves direct customer interaction and field service across local and national sites.

You will learn and apply knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, communicating with customers to gather data and implement product improvements. Travel and hands-on problem solving are core parts of this role.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service and listening skills.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics; diagnose failures.
• Eagerness to learn and interest in how systems operate.

Responsibilities

• Travel locally and nationally to install and commission equipment.
• Install and commission equipment in the field.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
• Create product improvements based on customer feedback.
• Design mechanical and electrical systems and improve current designs.
• Assemble to prints and bill of materials.
• Provide live technical support via phone and email.
