Job summary

Kensington Consulting Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service CNC grinding and precision equipment in the Northeast US. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC systems, diagnose PLC, electrical, and mechanical faults, and perform preventative maintenance while traveling across Pennsylvania and New York.

Excellent communication with customers, ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings, and willingness to relocate if needed are required.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting CNC systems in field service.
• Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Willingness to travel regularly in the Northeast.

Responsibilities

• Install and service CNC grinding and turning equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, PLC, spindle and servo faults.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and alignments.
• Produce service reports and support customer relationships.
• Travel regularly across the Northeast region.
