Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 3 years).
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service activities for updating, diagnosing and repairing highly complex capital equipment at customer sites.
• Evaluate, analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems via telephone or on-site.
• Prepare field service reports and quotes based on labor, travel and parts.
• Cross-train and assist other field service engineers as appropriate.
