Job summary

Guided Search Partners in Atlanta is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service instruments used for material testing across the region. You will travel to customer sites and may undertake nationwide trips as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer-facing field service experience.
• Hands-on experience with electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to travel around the region and the U.S., may also include trips to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and/ or Dominican Republic.
• Travel may include Mon to Fri some weeks.
• Ability to read schematics, electrical and mechanical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites within the region to service instruments.
• Support other territories across the country as needed.
• Provide training and maintenance on instruments.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction and reliability.
