Job summary
Automated Logic, a Carrier Company, is seeking a Field Engineer to deliver durable building automation solutions. You will install, commission, and optimize DDC systems, taking end-to-end ownership of projects and traveling as needed to support operations.
The role requires 2+ years in HVAC, building automation, IT, or industrial networking, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at height. Growth-minded problem solvers are welcome.
Qualifications
- Requires high school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years in HVAC, building automation, IT, or industrial networking.
- Valid driver's license and insurability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at height with ladders.
Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and optimize advanced DDC systems to meet performance standards.
- Use technical judgment to solve automation challenges and mitigate risks.
- Train owners on system operation and partner with Project Managers on execution.
- Travel as needed and own projects end-to-end.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in project reviews.
