Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of professional experience in HVAC, building automation, IT, or industrial networking including direct experience with IP networking, Modbus protocols, or PLC programming.
• Driver's license valid and insurable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing and squatting.
• Able to work over 8 feet and use ladders and motorized lifts.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and optimize advanced DDC systems ensuring performance standards.
• Use technical judgment to solve automation challenges and mitigate project risks.
• Train owners on system operation and collaborate with Project Managers to manage risks.
• Travel as needed and take end-to-end ownership of complex projects.
• Maintain documentation and participate in project reviews for continuous improvement.
