Evertz, a growing high-technology company with over 1,700 employees, is a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of broadcast, film production, and post-production equipment for the film, television broadcast, and professional audio & video industry.

We are currently looking for recent graduates to join our AV Service team. As the first and often the most frequent point of contact for our clients, you will have the opportunity to influence the client's perception of Evertz. This position combines technical skills and customer service, working with exciting products both in-house and on-site at customer locations.

Position requires travel within the US. The US home location is flexible, with the possibility to work from home when not on field assignments.

Responsibilities:

• Travel within the US for customer deployments and service
• Install products and systems at customer sites and provide product training
• Respond to operational issues, firmware upgrades, and maintenance inquiries
• Assess product applications, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues to find root causes
• Perform detailed troubleshooting, data collection, and issue reporting
• Maintain communication between customer service and other departments to resolve issues and gather feedback

Qualifications:

• College or university education in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer disciplines
• Passion for technology and learning new hardware and software
• Experience with IP Networking, server hardware, and Linux OS
• Strong desire to help customers and deliver excellent service
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Eligibility for travel within US and Canada
• US Citizenship is required
