Evertz, a growing high-technology company with over 1,700 employees, is a worldwide leader in designing and manufacturing broadcast, film production, and post-production equipment for the film, television broadcast, and professional audio & video industry.

We are currently seeking recent graduates to join our AV Service team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will have a significant opportunity to shape their perception of Evertz. This role combines technical expertise with customer service skills and involves working with exciting products both in-house and on-site at customer locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel within the US for customer deployments and service
  • Install products or systems at customer sites and provide product training
  • Respond to operational issues, firmware upgrades, and maintenance requests
  • Assess applications, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues to find root causes
  • Perform detailed troubleshooting, data collection, and reporting
  • Coordinate communication between customer service and other departments to resolve issues and relay customer feedback

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer disciplines
  • Passion for technology and learning new hardware/software
  • Experience with IP Networking, server hardware, and Linux OS
  • Strong desire to help customers and deliver excellent service
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Eligibility for travel within US and Canada; US citizenship required

Location: Remote work possible in any US State
