Job summary

EnerSys Advanced Systems (EAS) seeks a Field Service Representative to provide on-site technical field support for Rebel Power and related products to defense, government, and commercial customers. This role requires extensive travel to remote locations, including military installations, and collaboration with Sales, PM, and Engineering to ensure successful deployments.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales/Business Development to provide customers technical field support.
• Represent Rebel professionally in the field and ensure proper use of our products.
• Support across multiple products and programs with Sales, BD, and PM teams.
• Present as the Subject Matter Expert on Rebel products in the field.
• Provide technical feedback and identify potential product advancements.
• Collect customer feedback and relay it to engineering.
• Provide training on Rebel products as required.
• Travel to remote locations to support customer demonstrations and exercises.
