Job summary

EnerSys Advanced Systems, based in Largo, FL, seeks a Field Service Representative to provide on-site technical field support for Rebel Power and related products, including customer demonstrations and training.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Sales, Program Management, and Engineering to deploy products, gather feedback, and enhance performance through field experience; extensive travel to remote locations, including military installations, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in supporting communications and/or power products.
• Education: High School diploma, prior military, or equivalent relative experience.
• Skills/Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong troubleshooting methodologies, schedule flexibility.
• Work Environment: Off-site locations to include military installations.
• Physical Demands: Ability to operate in arduous locations that could be outdoors, sit, stand, bend, reach and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Sales / Business Development team to provide customers technical field support.
• Represent Rebel in a professional manner ensuring the proper use of our products.
• Support Business Development, Sales, and Program Management to provide support across multiple products and programs.
• Present as the Subject Matter Expert on Rebel products in the field.
• Provide technical feedback on products and any potential advancements.
• Collect customer feedback and present it to the engineering team.
• Provide training on Rebel products as required.
• Travel to remote locations in support of customer demonstrations and exercises.
